Dbeasy Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Using the Platform

Dbeasy is an online gaming and Sports Betting platform serving users in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you and dbeasy. By accessing the platform, creating an account, or using any of our services, you are deemed to have accepted these terms.

Eligibility Requirements

• You must be a resident of Bangladesh or hold a Bangladeshi mobile number.
• Each individual may operate only one account.
• Multiple accounts cannot be created using the same mobile number or payment account.

KYC Verification

Dbeasy may verify your identity prior to withdrawal or after a certain deposit threshold is reached. This process may require a copy of your National ID, Birth Registration Certificate, or passport. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until KYC verification is complete.

Password Security

Keeping your account password confidential is entirely your responsibility. Do not share it with anyone. If you notice any unauthorised access to your account, contact our support team immediately.

Dbeasy supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200

Withdrawal Conditions

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500

• The account used for withdrawals must be registered under the same name as your dbeasy account.

General Bonus Terms

• Bonus withdrawals are subject to specific wagering requirements.
• The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once.

• Bonus funds cannot be transferred directly to another person.

Bonus Validity

Sports Betting

• Bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error may be voided.
• If an event is cancelled, the stake will be refunded.
• Bets may be suspended if match-fixing or other irregular activity is suspected.

Casino Games

• All casino games are powered by an RNG (Random Number Generator), ensuring fair play.
• For games interrupted mid-session due to a technical error or server outage, dbeasy will make a decision in accordance with its policy.
• Game results are final and cannot be disputed unless a technical error is proven.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on dbeasy. Violations may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of balances.

• Operating multiple accounts or sharing an account with others.
• Bonus abuse or system exploitation (arbitrage betting, bonus abuse).
• Money laundering or suspicious financial activity.
• Attempting to hack, phish, or breach the platform's security.
• Placing bets using bots or automated software.
• Creating or operating an account on behalf of a minor.
• Providing false identity or forged documents.

Dbeasy may suspend or permanently close your account under the following circumstances.

• In cases of Terms & Conditions violations.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or providing false information.
• Suspicious financial activity.
• Extended periods of inactivity (more than 12 months).
• In the event of a self-exclusion request.

If an account is closed, you may request a withdrawal of any valid balance once the investigation has been concluded.

Self-Closure

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Please withdraw any remaining balance before requesting closure.
